ForestCom NGO and Lviv Regional Military Administration signed a memorandum of cooperation

ForestCom NGO and Lviv Regional Military Administration signed a memorandum on coordination of efforts to help internally displaced persons.

Social assistance and support for displaced persons will be provided in the newly created advisory and coordination centers in Lviv region. Our team and 27 other partner organizations have started to cooperate. 

Large families, single parents, pregnant women, nursing mothers, elderly people, people with disabilities who are IDPs can get support help in the centers. Specialists in the centers will advise the displaced on legal issues, provide psychological support, help in finding temporary shelter and provide necessary items upon request.

Our team will help people to get away from their daily routine by involving children and adults in "Forest Therapy", consulting on obtaining firewood for heating homes.

The conclusion of the memorandum develops cooperation between partners, to help in a coordinated, quick manner and where there is a need.
