How the nature reserve institutions are protected: ForestCom organises a series of webinars and a round table discussion

On September 5-9, 2022, "ForestCom" holds a series of webinars (from Monday to Thursday) and a round table discussion (on Friday) for Ukrainian stakeholders on the law enforcement system of National Parks around the main continents and how this experience could be used in future Ukrainian Nature National Park model.

A round table "Perspectives for the development of the protection services of the Nature Reserves of Ukraine" will be held at the end of the webinar series. During the meeting, we will discuss the national and partially worldwide experience of the services of protection of natural territories. What organizational models of the law enforcement service of nature protection institutions can be used in national conditions. We will highlight and discuss the typical problems faced by employees of the National Park protection services in Ukraine while protecting unique nature spots and propose the ways to solve them. The results of the discussion will be used in the development of training for the security services of unique nature spots institutions in Ukraine.

We invite all interested parties to participate in the webinars and discuss this difficult but interesting and important topic.

Detailed information on the schedule of webinars and the round table will be posted soon on the "ForestCom" website and on our social networks.
