Tender for external evaluation of organizational development

The ForestCom NGO announces a tender for the search for a specialist to carry out an external assessment of the level of organizational development and the development of the Organizational Development Plan of the ForestCom NGO for the period 2023-2025 within the framework of the program "Initiative of Sectoral Support of Civil society" from ISAR Unity.

The format is the facilitation of three one-day sessions and consultations (12 hours) in a hybrid format (online and offline).

Term of service provision: March-May 2023.

List of documents to be submitted:

• Resume, information about work experience (at least 3 years);
• Questionnaire for external evaluation of organizational development;
• Proposed plan of facilitated sessions and consultations;
• Price offer.

Payment requisites that allow payment for services.

Price offer: UAH 23,400.

 

Service provider selection criteria:

• Service providers must be service providers on http://cd-platform.org;
• Available proven experience of providing relevant services for at least 3 years;
• The quality of the proposed questionnaire and service provision plan;
